In the heart of the town of Paimpol, discover a small port with a character steeped in history, a gateway to the island of Bréhat.
Throughout the year, this small port is animated by its many bars, restaurants that surround it, its Carrousel, its little tourist train (in season), and all of its events, which make Paimpol a very popular small town where it is good to relax and stroll.
Every year, during the summer period, Paimpol, only 13 km from Le Neptune campsite, hosts either the Festival des chants Marins or the Vieux Gréements.
And this year, honour the Festival de chants de Marin, from 13 to 15 August 2021. The port of Paimpol hosts a High Colours edition by taking us to Italy , with a variety of animations such as its craft market, demonstration of old-fashioned trades, exhibitions, festive concerts, … an unforgettable immersion in Breton culture close to the camping Paimpol.
In short, the festival of sea chanteys is the biennial event, not to be missed!

For the more sporty, leaving from camping Le Neptune, take the green way by bike or the GR34 on foot (white and red markings), you will cross the cliffs of Plouezec and take the destination of Paimpol, you will be intoxicated by the beauty of the coast with breathtaking views of Brehat Island and the small creeks that border our Goëlo coast, you will arrive in Paimpol invigorated after this great breath of iodised air.
